I recently switched oldest ds, who was having trouble keeping pace with Latin For Children A, to this. (I still have him watch the lessons and memorize the vocab; most of his trouble is with the grammar/declension/conjugation.)

He has only done the first nine lessons at this point, but so far it is perfect for him. Each lesson presents only one word/concept and then gives some practice sentences. The author has free mp3 files for each lesson on his website; they have proven to be a wonderful tool.

So far this is proving to be a truly self-teaching, one-bite-at-a-time beginning Latin resource. The price is great, too!
