Thanks for the info, cbollin. I haven't heard of the various "echoes", so obviously dh and I don't have them. I haven't heard of the firestick TV either.

I will ask the dc about this when I see them. They'll probably go "Oh, Mom" with exasperated sighs, and then I'll quote MorningSong's "numb to the technology" sound byte. This site is amazingly useful in many ways. :)
