Exactly what does that mean when describing a Church? Just wondering. We have a Methodist Church up the street and on the sign this is how it describes itself

That means they probably allow homos*xual ministers and whatnot. Very liberal.

Okay, that is what I was thinking. The *Pastor* is a woman and on the homepage she describes herself as a "feminist"...I dunno, is all of this Biblical??
|
I'd say no. The Bible teaches that pastors should be men who have raised godly children. While we should love sinners, accepting Christ gives people God's heart, and the majority of their actions reflect His will.
The words "diverse and progressive" could mean a lot of different things, some of them godly. However, they're usually used today to mean accepting all lifestyles, regardless of how the Bible says we should live, and embracing a form of government that leans toward socialism. I don't think that's what the Bible teaches.

Yes, and probably are not pro-life, among other things.
